Can I lose all my money if a cryptocurrency fluctuates? (Bitcoin, Litecoin, etc.)

Cryptocurrency’s value can of course change both up or down at any time. Although cryptocurrency fluctuates and is usually very minimal, we recommend exchanging your withdrawn cryptocurrency winnings to USD as soon as possible.

Depositing and Withdrawing:

• When depositing, you can rest assured that your cryptocurrency like Bitcoin & Litecoin will immediately be transferred into USD as soon as it reaches Ignition.
• When withdrawing, we recommend withdrawing your funds to a Bitpay Visa card. These cards work like any other Visa card and can be used to spend your crypto funds in U.S. currency.

Incorrect cryptocurrency addresses used during a deposit or withdrawal will produce an error message saying that the transaction was invalid – unless the address matches another Digital Wallet.

There is no way to reverse the action of accidentally using an address linked with an existing Digital Wallet or Exchange. Always ensure that you copy and paste the address accurately. 

To verify transactions, use a blockchain explorer.
