What are my different balances?

Keeping track of your balances is an important part of playing at Ignition.  You’ll want to know how your funds are being used, from what balances and where they are returned when you win big!

First, let’s take look at the different balances you will see in your account.  Click the profile icon at the top of the main page.

From there, you will see your dashboard with your name, Ignition Rewards Tier Level and the number of Ignition Miles you’ve earned along with their current value.  Below these details, you will see one or all of the following active balances on your account.

Available to Withdraw

This balance indicates the total amount of funds you’re able to withdraw. Funds in this balance include deposits made without redeeming a bonus, winnings earned using funds from this balance, and bonus funds that have been released from your Bonus Funds balance.

Bonus Funds 

This balance refers to funds issued to your account from a redeemed match or cash bonus. Also included in this balance will be any winnings earned that have not yet been released from playing with a bonus.

Locked Funds

The locked funds balance includes deposited funds attached to a Deposit Bonus and any winnings earned using funds from this balance. Locked funds are released to your withdrawable balance as you continue to wager and meet the play-through requirements on each bonus.

Locked Bonus Funds

Also referred to as ‘drip bonuses’ refers to bonus funds that you’ve redeemed which are released to your withdrawable balance as you achieve certain milestones through the course of your play.
