Why did my deposit fail?
Sometimes a deposit attempt will fail. If it does, some simple troubleshooting may correct the reason why.

Credit/Debit Card
Whether it be credit, debit or gift, no card is 100% guaranteed to work successfully on our website. Ignition Casino does not impose restrictions on your card, however, as we are an international company, such restrictions would be applied by your card issuer. Should a deposit attempt fail, try another one of our accepted cards instead.
Max. failed attempts: After three failed attempts with the same card you are temporarily restricted from making another attempt for a full 24 hours. This restriction cannot be lifted.
Max. number of cards registered: Whether using a credit, debit or gift card, five in total will be registered to your account. You cannot exceed five cards. If wishing to register or deposit with another card, first click the trash icon next to a card on your list to remove it.
Gift Card
International purchases ONLY: Be sure that the gift card you use is approved for online, international purchases only. The card itself will state this clearly. As Ignition is an international company, cards that state ‘Domestic use only’ will not be successful.
Amount on the card: Including the card’s activation fee, you may be subject to additional fees also applied by the card issuer. Including our minimum deposit amount of $20.00 and processing fee (15.9%), the amount on your gift card must exceed any potential additional fees. To cover those fully, purchase a card of no less than $25.00.
Card activation: Gift Cards can sometimes take up to an hour to be activated. Allow for this before making your deposit attempt.
NOTE: As with any card used on our website, gift card deposits are not 100% guaranteed to be successful. Restrictions set by the card issuer may prevent the transfer of funds.
Cryptocurrency
Depositing with Cryptocurrency is not only 100% guaranteed, it’s also our fastest, most reliable deposit method. Be sure to enter all the required information, such as your wallet address, with the utmost care to ensure the success of your transaction.
Check yourself: Make sure the address you enter in your wallet is copied and pasted, not manually input. All crypto addresses are case sensitive. One missed or incorrect character will result in an unsuccessful transaction and a possible loss of funds.
Different currencies: Always double check the cryptocurrency you are sending before making the transfer as they are NOT interchangeable (Ex. Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash are not the same currency). Sending one type of cryptocurrency to a different cryptocurrency's address will also result in a loss of funds.
