How do I re-enable my account?
Re-enabling Account
If your account is disabled and you want to rack up some more miles, send us an email with the following and we’ll be happy to enable your account:
- 4-Digit Pin
- Date of Birth

Why is my account disabled?
We may disable your account for a few reasons but not limited to:
- Security purposes
- If we need to verify inconsistent information registered
It usually can be resolved by contacting our Customer Service Team who are available 24/7.
Disabling Account
