How to clear your Cache
If you’re having difficulty viewing Ignition Casino or signing into your account, you may need to clear your browser’s cache. Also consider clearing out the browser’s cache if you’re using a shared computer and want privacy. Find the internet browser you use from the list below and follow the steps to clear the cache.
Internet Explorer 11:
- With your browser open, click "Safety" at the upper right section of the main menu bar.
- From the drop-down menu, click "Delete Browsing History".
- Select the data or files you wish to remove from your computer and then click “Delete” to clear your browser’s cache. This may take a few minutes.
Firefox:
- Click the “Firefox” menu in the top left corner then select the right arrow next to “History” and click “Clear Recent History".
- Make sure “Details” is expanded, then select “Cache” from the list. Uncheck everything else.
- In the “Time Range to Clear” drop down menu, select “Everything”.
- Click “Clear Now” and your computer will clear the cache. This may take a few minutes.
Google Chrome 10+:
- Click the menu icon at the upper right corner of the browser (three horizontal lines). Click “Settings” at the bottom of the menu.
- Click "Show advanced settings" located at the very bottom of the settings section.
- Scroll to the privacy section and click "Clear browsing data".
- Select "Empty the cache". You can uncheck all other options if you would like to avoid deleting saved passwords, cookies and other things you may wish to retain. Change "Obliterate the following items from" to "the beginning of time".
- Press "Clear browsing data" and your computer will clear the cache. This may take a few minutes.
