Mobile SMS text message
At Ignition Casino, we employ the highest standards of security to protect the privacy of your account. As one of our measures, we’ll use the mobile phone number you register to help verify that you’re the one accessing your account. Text message validation (SMS) may occur when you sign up, when you update your Profile, when you redeem a Bonus, or when you request to withdraw your winnings.
Text message validation requires you to enter the code we send into the field displayed onsite. You can resend the code to your mobile device a total of 3 times and have a limited timeframe in which it can be entered correctly. If after clicking ‘Verify Now’ your identity cannot be confirmed, you’ll need to contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
What if I don't validate my phone number?
You can choose to skip validation, however, you’ll be unable to update your Profile, withdraw any winnings from your account or redeem any bonuses until you’ve followed through. To complete the process, simply click the profile icon at the top of any page, then the ‘Verify’ link in the alert displayed on your Dashboard.
