How do I validate my phone number?
As a measure to verify your identity, we’ll send a message to the mobile phone number you registered to your account. Text message validation (SMS) may occur when you sign up, when you update your Profile, or when you request to withdraw your winnings.
You'll need to enter the code we send into the field displayed onsite. You’re allotted a maximum of 3 attempts to enter the correct SMS code and 3 resend code requests. If after clicking ‘Verify Now’ your identity cannot be confirmed, you’ll need to contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
What if I don't validate my phone number?
You can choose to skip validation, however, you’ll be unable to update your Profile, withdraw any winnings from your account or redeem any bonuses until you’ve followed through. When you’re ready, simply click the profile icon at the top of any page, then the ‘Verify’ link in the alert displayed on your Dashboard.
